Resources has converted to an online applicant tracking system. If you are
interested in working on campus you
will need to complete the
online non-exempt application. Once you have completed this application you will need to apply for the position "Student On Campus Fall 2009 Employment.” This is a generic position that will identify you as a student looking for employment. When you apply for this position, there will be a required question, “Please list all departments that you would be willing to work in plus list all open positions for which you want to apply.” All departments with open positions will be listed in the beginning of the position announcement under Position Specifications. For employment each semester, you will need to apply to the positions called “On Campus Student Summer Employment,” “On Campus Fall Student Employment” or “On Campus Spring Student Employment” respectively depending on when you are looking for employment.

To qualify for On Campus Student Employment you are required to take at least six credits in the fall and spring semesters. To qualify for Student On Campus Summer Employment you must have been registered for the spring semester prior to the summer
or be taking three or more credits during the summer
or be registered for at least six credits for the upcoming fall semester.
Once you have
completed this application you will need to apply for the position “On-Campus
Student Summer Employment.”
Each semester there are numerous jobs available to students on campus. Jobs are usually available in almost every area of the campus and every effort will be made to place you in your area of interest or where your skills will be best utilized.
All students will receive $7.50 per hour for their first two semesters. After two semesters in the same department, students will receive $8 per hour.
Many students may be eligible for Federal Work Study. This is determined by the Financial Aid Office and the money allocated to you will be used to pay your salary.
Some departments also have institutional funds available for student employment.
